SHIPPING AND BILLING ADDRESSES MUST MATCH OR YOUR ORDER WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE REFUNDED! 

 

Shipping

  • Please Allow 5-7 business days for all orders to process. Once processed, all orders will receive a tracking number to the email address provided. All orders will be sent via United States Postal Service. Please allow 3-5 business days to ship. All shipments will require a signature.
  • We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they are signed for. 

 

Refunds/Exchanges

  • No refunds at this moment, all sales are final.
  • Exchanges: All Hair must be in it’s natural state. The wefts are to be left uncut and in tact, in which you received them (Unused). You are allowed to exchange hair but you are responsible for all shipping fees unless we are at fault. 
  • Exchanges are allowed within 3 business days of the hair being received.
